Terms and Conditions of Weird Dancer Inc

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.

By using this site, I understand that it is deemed that I have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

I hereby authorize Weird Dancer Inc. ("Weird Dancer") and those acting pursuant to Weird Dancer's authority to:

• Photograph and/or video me;
• Use my name in connection with these photographs and/or videos; and
• Edit, use, reproduce, exhibit and distribute these photographs and/or videos, in whole or in part, in any manner and media now known or hereinafter invented, including, but not limited to, print publications, the Weird Dancer website and mobile application, in perpetuity throughout the world, in support of and/or to promote Weird Dancer's educational programs, services and mission, and for archival purposes. This is a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right and license to use the material submitted in any manner, anywhere in the world, for any purpose.

I am over the age of 18 or have my legal guardian’s permission and knowledge to submit materials to Weird Dancer and use the site.

I understand that Weird Dancer refuses the right to use any submitted material that it deems to be inappropriate or offensive for any reason.  Weird Dancer reserves the right to remove any material that it later deems to be inappropriate or offensive for any reason.

I hereby waive the right to inspect or approve any of the photographs and/or videos. I understand that Weird Dancer will be the exclusive owner of all such photographs and/or videos and that I will not receive any compensation for the use of the photographs and/or videos.

I expressly release and hold harmless Weird Dancer and those acting pursuant to Weird Dancer's authority from liability for any claims by me or any third party for the actions of Weird Dancer in reliance of this consent and release.

I verify that I am the owner and producer of the submitted material and that no third party ownership rights exist to any of the material submitted.

I hereby release you, your successors, assigns and licensees, and each of them, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action(s), costs and expenses whatsoever, including indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential or special damages, at law or in equity, known or unknown. anticipated or unanticipated. which I ever had, now have or may, shall or hereafter have by reason, matter, cause or thing arising out of use of the website.

I have read and fully understand the terms of this consent and release.
